Frequently asked questions
Questions about the platform, your subscription, and your data. If yours isn’t here, just ask us.
CSSignal is a customer success intelligence platform. It brings your health scores, stakeholder map, renewals, and churn analysis into one place, with AI that explains risk and suggests the next step.
Customer success managers, customer success operations, VPs and Heads of Customer Success, and founders or GTM leaders building a customer success motion without a large team.
Today, by CSV or manual upload. No engineering work needed. You can be up and running with your own accounts the same day.
Live connectors are on the roadmap, including Stripe, HubSpot, Zendesk, WhatsApp Business, Segment, Google Workspace, Salesforce, LATAM billing (Vindi/EBANX), and Slack/Teams. None of them are live yet; see Integrations for the current status of each.
Each account gets a single score built from six weighted factors that you control. You set the weights and the thresholds for your workspace, so the score reflects how your team actually judges risk.
Scores are recalculated every time you open the app, so you are never reading a stale snapshot.
No. You apply a playbook to an account, and CSSignal assigns the steps as tasks with owners and due dates. Playbooks do not fire on their own, and CSSignal does not send email on your behalf.
What is automatic: risk flags are raised with a severity level, and healthy, high-usage accounts are flagged as upsell candidates.
No. There is no forecasting model. Renewal confidence is a value you set per deal. CSSignal tracks renewals, reports on them, and shows you which are at risk - but the confidence number is yours, not a prediction.
Signal AI analyses your portfolio and answers questions in plain language. Account insights generate automatically when you open an account, and it will draft prep work - such as outreach or QBR notes - when you ask it to.
Signal AI is included on every plan, including Founder.
Pre-built dashboards and 13 ready-made reports. Reports filter by tier, region, owner, industry, health, and period, plus search and a date range. QBR decks build in one click, populated from the account’s data.
Yes, the whole workspace, not just labels. Founder and Growth run in English or Spanish; Pro Scale supports concurrent English and Spanish, so a bilingual team can each work in their own language on the same data.
Yes. CSSignal supports multi-currency with dual display, using exchange rates that you set. Note that this affects how values are displayed in the app. Your subscription itself is billed in US dollars.
Founder at $69/month, Growth at $199/month, and Pro Scale, which is annual or multi-year only. Enterprise is arranged case by case. Annual billing saves roughly two months. Full details on the Pricing page.
Yes, Founder and Growth include a free trial, so you can load your own accounts and explore before paying. Pro Scale and Enterprise start with a demo instead.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who act as our Merchant of Record. They handle the transaction, the billing, and any applicable sales tax or VAT on our behalf, and their terms and privacy policy also apply to your purchase.
We never store your full payment card details.
Because Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record, a CSSignal subscription may appear on your statement under Lemon Squeezy rather than under our name.
If a charge still looks wrong, email billing@cssignals.com with the date and amount and we will trace it for you. Please contact us before disputing it with your bank. We can almost always resolve it faster.
US dollars.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade as your team and book of business change, and seat and account add-ons are available along the way. Email billing@cssignals.com to make a change.
You can cancel at any time, and cancelling stops future renewals. Email billing@cssignals.com.
In most cases, no. Payments you have already made are non-refundable, including the unused part of a billing period, and we do not pro-rate. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the plan expires; cancelling stops the next renewal so you are not charged again.
Two exceptions apply: a refund required by law, or one issued at the discretion of Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Any refund that is issued goes back through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. For the full wording see the Terms of Service, or email billing@cssignals.com.
On established cloud infrastructure - Netlify and Supabase - both of which hold SOC 2 Type II certification for their platforms.
To be precise about what that means: the certification belongs to those providers. CSSignal is not itself SOC 2 certified.
No.
